We are located in Connecticut, USA and intend to carry out a lot of our communications and interactions through the internet. We are called the “American” League of Functional Therapists and choose the most liberal use of the American we can take. We have members from Canada and other countries. America is the continents of North and South America… and since we’re talking we have a member from India. We’re the only one doing this so far and we'd like to lend our support to any efforts you’d like to make in your respective countries that may help people understand this wonderful field. Separate from ALOFT we are developing “The LOFT” which intends to work towards starting, supporting and driving efforts to popularize Occupational Therapy under the more accessible name of Functional Therapy. If you’d like to be part of this grassroots effort please let us know and we will find a way to help you. |
